SUMBER NILAI DAN NORMA DI SEKOLAH

Abstract

            Current rapid development has become a challenge for the humankind. Humans are required to keep up with developments in the world, but they are also required to firmly hold religious values . Advances in various sectors of life should be combined with religious values, which can be used as facilitator to improve religious life.

            Values in the society can grow to be the norms of life, which are stronger and more binding. Those values and norms do not exist by themselves, rather they have their own source of their existences. Mainly ,there are two sources of norms and values, which are religion and individual (human). Religious values are values from God which are revealed thorugh the messengers, and individual values are values which are sourced from the human itself.

             The balance between those two source of values, between religious and individual values, will create a life with religious-ethics values,  ready to face the rapid development in modern era. This concept can be used to create a life dreamed of. (baldatun thoyyibatun wa rabbun ghofur)
